Rules for CKLQ contests

Limit of one winner per household per contest.

Limit of one prize win or contest entry per person every 30 days.

All winners must be 18 years of age or older unless otherwise specified.  

Winner has 30 days (unless otherwise instructed by the participating radio station) to pick up their prize(s).

Prizes have no cash value. Prizes must be accepted as awarded and cannot be exchanged for any other items or cash. No substitutions or rain cheques will be permitted.

Employees of Riding Mountain Broadcasting Ltd (CKLQ and CKLF), Westman Communications Group and all participating sponsors, their immediate families (spouse including common-law spouse, mother, father, brother, sister, son, daughter) or members of the same household (related or not) are not eligible for entry to the contest.

In the event of "Enter to Win" contesting Riding Mountain Broadcasting Ltd (CKLQ and CKLF) is not responsible for illegible handwriting, lost or mutilated ballots and/or incomplete ballots.

Any decisions made by Riding Mountain Broadcasting Ltd (CKLQ and CKLF) shall be final.

Riding Mountain Broadcasting Ltd (CKLQ and CKLF) reserves the right to change, substitute or cancel the prizes should unforeseen circumstances arise (ie. labour strikes, cancellations, prize unavailability).

Riding Mountain Broadcasting Ltd (CKLQ and CKLF) their affiliates, sponsors, advertisers, employees and families assume no responsibility for any claims, damages, losses, costs, or expenses the contestant may incur while taking part in or resulting from participation in this contest and/or redemption of any prize.

Winner photos may be taken for use by Riding Mountain Broadcasting Ltd (CKLQ and CKLF) and/or their sponsors to be used for promotion.
