Could you spend $5000 in 60 minutes? Well it's time for you to find out!

CKLQ is thrilled to partner with the Shoppers Mall to bring you this exciting contest.
It’s “The CKLQ / Shoppers Mall $5,000 Super Grab”.

 Be listening weekdays between 6am and 6pm for your “cha ching” cue to call. Be the 8th caller through and
November 6th you could be doing so much nabbin’ and grabbin, it’ll feel illegal!!!!

CKLQ / Shoppers Mall Super Grab
Shopping Spree Rules and Regulations

 

1)        In order to receive any level of prizing, the qualifier must be in attendance November 6th at the Shoppers Mall. A substitute may stand-in
           with the prior authorization from the qualifier, but arrangements will have to be made no later than noon, Monday November 1st.

2)        Winner has one hour to complete shopping in a minimum of 8 stores inside the Shoppers Mall. In the event that that time runs out before
            the entire $5000.00 is spent, the winner shall keep any items purchased before the previously mentioned time limit. If the winner is
            engaged in a purchase when the time expires, they shall be allowed to complete the transaction.

3)        $5,000.00 balance is only valid during the allotted hour and cannot be used at a later date. (No cash value).

4)        Qualifiers must register with our staff at the Shoppers Mall between 11am and Noon on Saturday, November 6th, 2010.

5)         Winner will have one minute to prepare once they have been chosen for the grand prize shopping spree to be held at 12:30pm on
             November 6th, 2010.

6)         Pictures/audio/video may be taken for promotional purposes by Riding Mountain Broadcasting Ltd. (CKLQ), 
            Shoppers Mall and/or participating sponsors.

7)         Only the winner can participate in the $5,000 Super Grab and cannot be assisted by family, friends, or staff of Riding Mountain
            Broadcasting Ltd. (CKLQ and CKLF), staff of our parent company Westman Communications Group or staff of the Shoppers Mall.
            If you are physically unable to participate, a stand-in may be used. Those arrangements must be reported to Riding Mountain 
            
Broadcasting Ltd. (CKLQ) before noon, Monday, November 1st .

8)         Items may be priced out before the final draw date, but cannot be placed on hold.

9)         Items purchased during the shopping spree cannot be returned for cash at a later date and may only be exchanged.
            Exchanges are subject to individual store policies.

10)       These rules are in addition to our Rules and Regulations for general contesting which can also be found on our website, cklq.com.

11)       If the shopping spree is interrupted and/or not able to be held due to technical difficulties (i.e. Interruption of banking systems,
            power failure, etc.) the shopping spree will be re-scheduled at a mutually agreeable time.
